This would include advice such as whether or not to get to the hospital, go see a doctor, call an ambulance, or go to bed and drink fluids and stay away from others, etc. Calling the hospital with such questions, has been verging on causing a mini-'disaster' of its own. i.e. the worry about Swine Flu is itself threatening to overwhelm the resources, in this case the hospital resources.
