Alan Chell receives his Community Achievement Award

Proud parents Dick and Betty Lou Chell, Alan, Linda and grandson David Kline. "David wanted to travel to Victoria to see Pa get his Gold Medal!" Linda said in an e-mail to The Current. Alan, a long-time volunteer besides being a long-serving director of parks and recreation, was named a recipient of the this important provincial award earlier this year. he received it from Lieut-Gov.
