		<description>Thanks for the comment Joel! At the Food Bank we are concerned with the use of styrofoam cups as well. One of the issues we face is a lack of a commercial dishwasher to ensure all food safe handling procedures are followed as per the guidelines from Environmental Health Officer of Interior Health, however we are working on this issue! One area that has been a great success at the Food Bank is in the reduction of the number of plastic bags that we use. Clients have been provided with cloth bags and more and more people are bringing them in each Friday!</description>

Sorry for the criticism, but the one thing that stands out to me is the use of disposable styrofoam cups. Maybe the food bank should do a coffee mug drive so they can serve coffee in real, reusable cups?</description>
