It’s a BIG list! Which means our local businesses have been working overtime to provide excellent value and service to our residents. Congratulations to everyone who has been recognized this year!
As Aristotle said: “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
Where is the Nomad on this list?
Invalid BS list
guess you didn’t nominate them
It’s so wonderful to see so many businesses striving for excellence. Although it’s been almost a year since I left, I stay in touch and follow what is happening in Revelstoke. I would love to hear about who won what award but make the comment that all are deserving. Hats off to the business community for continuing to strive for nothing but excellence.
I had the pleasure of attending the Slave Lake Chamber Business Awards Banquet. It was a gala affair and the winners were well deserving.
I also attended this weeks luncheon and had the pleasure of once again seeing a town diversifying and progressing with major Revitalization plans. It was like being home and watching the positive changes all over again. Revitalization of the downtown core, changes to attract people into the core, signage, landscaping, facelifting business fronts, the whole realm. Exciting to see this happen again in another community. I spoke about the progress, steps and overall results in Revelstoke. I was especially tickled when the gentleman overseeing the project and doing the presentation mentioned he had actually made a trip to Revelstoke to see the results. He was impressed! The Community should be proud.
I miss it all but opportunity knocks and new doors open.
Congratulations.
