Then visit the United Church’ annual sale!
It’s May so that means the annual United Church Garage and Plant Sale is on this weekend:
Friday afternoon — May 11 — 4 pm to 7 pm
Saturday morning — 8 am till noon
Plants will be on sale outside and a large variety of items will be on sale in the hall downstairs.
As usual, the assortment of items for sale is wide-ranging.

Cadets to hold a by-donation garage sale
Revelstoke’s Rocky Mountain Ranger Cadets are having a “by donation” garage (mostly books) sale on Saturday, May 19, from 8 am until noon. Coffee and popcorn also on sale.
Daycares may view by appointment (lots of activity books for younger kindergarten children) by calling 250-200-2100.
Thank you to the all the people who came out to support the Community Connection Food Bank at our Garage/Moving Sale this morning. Thanks to your generosity we are able to give $730 to the Food Bank. We are proud to support our local food bank. Thank you Revelstoke, Michelle Nagy, Bear Canyon Cabinet Company.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported the Garage Sale and Bake Sale at the Seniors Acitivity Center on Sept. 17th. It was a great success and will help us to provide a few more rides out of town for medial appointments for those in need. Thank you to everyone who volunteered to work at the garage sale. Thank you to all those who generously donated items or baking for the sale. And a great big thank you to the people of our community who supported our fund raiser by stopping buy to purchase items or buy some baking. A special thank you to those of you who made an extra donation. Your kindness and generosity is greatly appreciated.
